A glimpse of the Father’s love…

Hi Gord,

Merry Christmas to you and your family. We wish you and Jan, your kids and grandkids, the most blessed Christmas and New Year. My wife and I still think about the conference held at her mother’s house every day. Your words and lessons really touched us. We thank God for creating such an occasion and we thank you for performing such efforts. There has been such a positive change in our lives, Gord. Mostly little things, but when you add them up at the end of the day, it makes us smile. I have started to read the bible every night. Probably for the first time in my life. I can’t figure out why the bible is so fun to read all of a sudden. And our son Christian, he responds the most inside of Hyunsoo’s womb, when I read the book of Proverbs to him. I’ve been praying. And it feels good. I feel so much closer to God. That akwardness and notion of distance has melted away. And I’ve quit smoking. Well, it’s been over a month and a half now. That’s the longest period in over fifteen years.

Hyunsoo’s belly is growing every day. Our son is growing stronger inside of her. Gord, I would like to ask you to pray for their safety and that God bless our child with his holy spirit. How scary a thought to raise a child in this world without the knowledge of God’s love for us. Thank you for opening my eyes and my heart. Please let us know if your travels ever bring you to San Diego or anywhere in California. We would really love to see you again. Please say hello to Jan. Hopefully we can make a trip to Kelowna somtime in the coming year. We would love to meet Jan. God bless you, Gord. God bless your family.
