Breaking Fresh Ground in Dynamic Busan

Isa 55:1 “Come, all you who are thirsty,come to the waters;

I was thrilled to have approximately 100 pastors and leaders of the Goshen Denomination (a cessationist group) attend a FREEDOM WEEKEND in the city of Busan. This three day meeting was initiated by Pastor Bae, who had experienced a powerful touch of Holy Spirit for the first time in his life while attending a similar meeting a few months prior. He was hungry for more and anxious to share this good news with other leaders in the denomination. I saw this as an excellent opportunity and trusted that Holy Spirit would minister to these believers in a way that would allow them to embrace all of the gifts of Holy Spirit.

In his introduction to the meetings, he boldly encouraged the Pastors and Leaders attending to investigate the workings of the Holy Spirit. By the second day, things began to pop, and more leaders started showing up. By Saturday we had an ever increasing crowd, and Pastor Bae requested that I stay one more day and do a Sunday evening healing meeting for his congregation.
On Sunday night, the church was full to standing room only and the people were hungry and thirsty for more of Jesus. Following a short message on Divine Physical Healing the faith in the room began to rise.

Healings began spontaneously breaking out all over the room. The ministry time was very powerful and many people were touched physically by the power of the Holy Spirit for the first time and soon the Pastors were touched as well. A three year old girl with twisted legs and pigeon toes came up for prayer. Her legs were straightened considerably and she was able to walk with her feet flat on the ground for the first time!

Another woman came up to me with the help of her daughter. She had suffered a stroke seven years previously and was paralyzed down her left side. Her left arm was in a sling and her hand was swollen to the size of a grapefruit. Holy Spirit touched her and she fell to the ground under His Power. As I continued to pray for others throughout the room I noticed quite a commotion around this particular woman. She was now sitting up on the floor, weeping, and TALKING!!! I helped her up and checked to see what the Lord was doing. The paralysis was gone and her arm was out of the sling and moving. The swelling in her hand was also gone and she could walk on her own without any assistance. The people were astounded to witness a miracle and there was a tangible increase in faith for healing and miracles and many more took place.

One woman had a right eye that could not move in the eye socket. The eye was fixed straight ahead. One touch from the Lord, and she was healed and she could move her eye around, just like her other normal eye.

Pastor Bae and his wife are kind and generous servants with a renewed boldness to pursue the Lord with all of their heart, no matter the cost. We have made plans to return again in 2009 to begin training and equipping time the Pastors how to heal the sick. This was a great opportunity and the Lord was so faithful.

Ps 145:7 They will celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.

Another first time visit to a wonderful little church in Masan which is a part of the HIM Network under the oversight of Pastor Che An in Florida USA. The congregation was very open Holy Spirit and the Worship was strong and anointed. One young woman came to the meetings and on the first night she was deeply touched and began to manifest a strong demonic stronghold. We prayed for her over the next few meetings and could see she was progressing to freedom. On the last evening, the Pastor served communion with a difference. Each participant washed their hands in the juice symbolizing being washed in the blood. Many were overcome as they took part in this prophetic act and the young woman was totally set free when she dipped her hands in the juice. During the prayer time that followed, she was on the floor shaking from the anointing of Holy Spirit when she literally crawled to the altar to testify that her deaf ear had opened and two ulcers on her ankle that had eaten down to the bone had disappeared along with bleeding sinuses! The Worship continued throughout the powerful ministry times. One woman visiting from the Honduras had come to Busan to visit the pastor and attend the meetings. She had a serious circulation problem with her hands and feet, which appeared as if they frost bitten.
A quick prayer before breakfast and we watched the blood flow up her hands and fingers and she was totally healed, with pink, warm hands and feet. After 3 great days of meetings I drove about an hour away on Sunday to another Church, and we had an awesome time from 3pm-5pm with worship, preaching and ministry time. Signs and wonders followed with oil on the hands and gold dust on the hands and faces of many. One woman received a beautiful gold cap on her tooth.

Namcheonjoongang Church

Acts 14:3 So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to do miraculous signs and wonders.

Located near the famous Hyundai Beach area, this was my third visit to this church.(Last spring we held a powerful Set Free to Soar Seminar.) On this trip we had three nightly meetings and spent two afternoons in prophetic ministry with the members of the church Pastor June is also one of the leaders of Father�s Heart Ministry in Busan and has been a key figure in bringing the ministry of the Holy Spirit to his area of the city.
